Nvidia in talks to guarantee debt for Nscale's Anthropic data centre

Nvidia is in talks to guarantee billions of dollars in debt for AI cloud firm Nscale's planned Anthropic data centre in West Virginia, according to reports. Anthropic has signed a $44.6 billion contract for the first building alone. Under the arrangement, Nvidia would step in if Nscale defaulted on construction payments and help find a new buyer and tenant.
