IMD forecasts a warmer-than-usual November across India

The India Meteorological Department said on Saturday that November is likely to be slightly warmer than usual. Both maximum day temperatures and minimum night temperatures are expected to stay 'above normal' over most parts of the country during the month, signalling a delayed or milder onset of winter chill in many regions.
