INDIA bloc plans 'public impeachment' of CEC Gyanesh Kumar this weekend

The Congress-led INDIA bloc will stage a mock 'public impeachment' of Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar at Mallikarjun Kharge's Delhi residence on Saturday after permission for Ramlila Maidan was denied, followed by a rally there on Sunday. The move escalates its 'vote chori' campaign over the voter-list revision. Parliament's presiding officers rejected the opposition's impeachment motions in April.
