No change to Form 6, declaration is separate: EC tells Supreme Court

The Election Commission has told the Supreme Court that there has been no change to Form 6, the form used to enrol new voters, and that the declaration under question is a separate document. In its court filing, the poll body said only the central government has the authority to change the format of Form 6.
