Pedestrian killed by Tesla on Full Self-Driving on I-80

A Tesla driver using Full Self-Driving struck and killed a man crossing Interstate 80, according to a police report. Dashcam footage confirmed attempts to brake and steer around the man before he was hit by the right front of the car. The case adds to scrutiny of driver-assistance technology.
