ESIC amnesty scheme extended by three months to December 31

The Employees' State Insurance Corporation has extended its New Amnesty Scheme, 2025, by three months to December 31, 2026, after reviewing stakeholder representations, the Labour Ministry said. The one-time scheme lets employers settle ad-hoc assessments by paying actual contributions and interest without damages, and withdraw cases where dues are already paid on payment of 10% of disputed damages.
