Thousands rally in Imphal seeking Manipur CM's resignation

Thousands joined a rally in Imphal on Saturday organised by Meitei umbrella body COCOMI, demanding the Chief Minister's resignation, protection of indigenous people and an end to the Suspension of Operations pact with militant groups. The march came days after militants ambushed 14 Meitei men, killing three. Police barricades at Keisampat junction stopped the marchers.
