L'Oreal says weight-loss drugs are changing skincare demand

Beauty giant L'Oreal says the rise of GLP-1 weight-loss drugs is affecting beauty and especially skincare consumption, and it is designing products to target side-effects of rapid weight loss. Chief executive Nicolas Hieronimus called it "a very important phenomenon". The owner of Maybelline and La Roche-Posay reported a 7.7% rise in July-September sales.
