Hyderabad police bust egg harvesting racket, rescue 43 women

Hyderabad police arrested eight people and rescued 43 women from West Bengal, Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra and other states in raids on four premises linked to an alleged illegal human egg harvesting racket. Women were reportedly offered ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per donation cycle and given hormonal injections. Police are probing recruitment, accommodation and whether legal safety protocols were followed.
