Omar Abdullah gives up power and finance portfolios in J&K reshuffle

A day after inducting four new ministers, Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah allotted portfolios, giving away the Power Development and Finance departments he had held. Veteran NC leader Ali Mohammad Sagar gets Revenue, Power and Law, while Javed Ahmad Dar takes Finance, Mining and Cooperatives. Deputy CM Surinder Choudhary retains Public Works and Industries.
