Shankar Mahadevan picks Delhi for chhole bhature, Mumbai for much else

Singer-composer Shankar Mahadevan, who has entered hospitality with Malgudi, played diplomat on Mumbai versus Delhi food, saying Delhi wins for chhole bhature but Mumbai does many things better. For a Thai dinner he'd cook basil minced chicken, tamarind fish and green curry. He loves fusion food, he said, but only when it's done right.
