958 new civil servants in limbo amid OBC creamy layer row

The Foundation Course at the Mussoorie academy for 958 civil servants recruited through UPSC's 2025 exam is on hold, after the Centre moved the Supreme Court seeking clarification on its March 11 ruling on the OBC creamy layer. The future of about 100 OBC candidates in the batch also remains uncertain.
