Noel Tata contests Tata Sons filing on Chandrasekaran's reappointment

Tata Trusts chairman Noel Tata has asked Tata Sons to strike all reference to N. Chandrasekaran's reappointment from its board minutes. In a nine-page letter, he said the company's filing with the Registrar of Companies presented a contested and void resolution as settled. Tata Sons approved Chandrasekaran's third five-year term on September 17. Noel has sought related records within seven days.
