Judge permanently throws out Trump's $10bn lawsuit against Wall Street Journal

A US federal judge has permanently dismissed President Donald Trump's $10bn defamation suit against Rupert Murdoch and The Wall Street Journal over its Epstein-linked reporting. Judge Darrin Gayles ruled Trump failed to show 'actual malice', saying he was 'grasping at straws' and that the malice claims were vague, inconsistent and often irrelevant to whether the paper knew anything was false.
