AU Small Finance Bank Q2 profit jumps 53% to ₹858 crore

AU Small Finance Bank reported a 53% rise in net profit to ₹858 crore for the September quarter, up from ₹561 crore a year ago, driven by higher interest income. Total income grew to ₹6,382 crore and net interest income rose 32% to ₹2,820 crore. Net interest margin improved to 5.8%, while gross NPAs fell to 1.99% of advances from 2.41%.
