Osmania General Hospital expands gender-affirming surgery services

Hyderabad's Osmania General Hospital is strengthening its gender-affirming surgery service to provide safe, affordable care within the public health system, with support through the Chief Minister's Relief Fund. The Queer Badhu Parents Association helped renovate a three-bed ward for transgender patients recovering from surgery. The plastic surgery department plans to expand the range of procedures offered.
