WPL 2027 auction: UP Warriorz bring biggest purse but eight gaps to fill

UP Warriorz enter the WPL 2027 auction on October 28 with the biggest purse of ₹3.75 crore and eight slots to fill, including three overseas spots. They retained ten players, among them Meg Lanning, Phoebe Litchfield, Deepti Sharma and Sophie Ecclestone, after releasing nine. A power-hitter for the middle overs is likely to be their main target.
