Naidu urges NDA allies to sweep Andhra rural local body polls

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu asked NDA alliance leaders to win the maximum MPTC and ZPTC seats across all 28 districts in the polls on November 5. In a teleconference on Monday, he said urban local body elections went off peacefully despite alleged YSRCP attempts at disruption, and urged restraint during the counting of votes on November 3.
