Ayari strikes as Brighton stun Manchester City at the Etihad

Yasin Ayari's 11th-minute goal gave Brighton a 1-0 win over Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium, handing Enzo Maresca's side a second straight league defeat. The winner came from a free-kick that appeared to be wrongly awarded. Third-placed Brighton defended their lead well as City struggled to create chances for Erling Haaland, leaving two points between the top three.
