Delhi HC rejects NIA appeal, upholds bail for J&K terror case accused

The Delhi High Court has dismissed the National Investigation Agency's appeal against a trial court order granting bail to Mateen Ahmed Bhat, an alleged overground worker in Jammu and Kashmir, in a terror conspiracy case. A bench of Justices Navin Chawla and Arun Bhardwaj said the trial court had properly considered UAPA bail restrictions, and that appeals against bail have limited scope.
