Srinagar MP Ruhullah Mehdi set to quit National Conference and Lok Sabha

Srinagar MP Aga Syed Ruhullah Mehdi is expected to resign from the National Conference and the Lok Sabha on Tuesday, the 26th death anniversary of his father, Aga Syed Mehdi. He says neither the NC nor the PDP meets his standard of principles and conviction. Ruhullah, a three-time Budgam MLA, says he is now looking for people with little political baggage.
