Delhi HC upholds cash instead of uniforms for EWS students

The Delhi High Court has dismissed a review petition against the Delhi government's policy of giving cash, instead of uniforms, to EWS and disadvantaged-group students in private schools. Declining to revisit its earlier ruling, the court said the June 2025 policy needed no judicial interference, given the government's difficulties in procuring and distributing uniforms.
