Minister meant pro-talks ULFA faction, says Himanta after praise row
Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma said minister Biswajit Daimary was referring to the pro-talks ULFA faction that signed a peace accord when he said the outfit protected the state from outside forces for five decades.
