IIT Kanpur to run ₹104-crore cyber security centre for Uttar Pradesh

IIT Kanpur's cybersecurity hub C3iHub will set up and operate the Uttar Pradesh Cyber Security Operations Centre, a ₹104.28-crore project approved by the state Cabinet. The centre will monitor the state government's networks, applications and data round the clock, help departments detect threats and coordinate responses, and use AI and machine learning for threat assessment and post-incident analysis.
