Odisha Civil Service mains to go ahead despite cyclone floods

Odisha will not postpone the Odisha Civil Service main exam, scheduled from October 31 to November 7, despite flooding caused by Cyclone Arnab, Revenue Minister Suresh Pujari said. Rejecting a Congress demand for postponement, he said conducting the exam again would take at least six months. The state will arrange transport for candidates from affected areas, including 325 in Ganjam and about 100 in Gajapati.
