Volkswagen Taigun crosses 1 lakh domestic sales, but demand has cooled

The Volkswagen Taigun has passed 1 lakh domestic sales in India about five years after its September 2021 launch, with 905 October dispatches taking it past the mark. More than 52,000 units have also been exported. Its yearly sales have slipped, though: from a peak of 21,736 units in FY2023 to 12,912 in FY2026.
