Tata Motors' Iveco offer crosses acceptance threshold at 89.42%

Tata Motors' unit TML CV Holdings has secured 89.42% of Italian truck maker Iveco's shares in its tender offer, meeting the required acceptance threshold. Final results of the offer are due on October 29. The deal would bring Iveco under the Tata Motors commercial vehicle group.
