Celebrities should run anti-fireworks campaign for free: Bombay HC

The Bombay High Court has said celebrities should take part in an anti-fireworks awareness campaign free of charge, cautioning against spending money on it. The court questioned why stars who attend the Mumbai Police's annual 'Umang' event could not spare just 15 minutes of their time for a social cause.
