Virat Kohli's Agilitas Sports stake jumps to 6.4% after One8 merger

Virat Kohli now owns 6.4% of homegrown sportswear firm Agilitas Sports, up from about 1.8%, after his brand One8 Sports merged into the company. The NCLT's Mumbai bench approved the merger. Kohli, who invested ₹40 crore in Agilitas in 2025, stays on as One8 co-founder. One8 gains Agilitas' design, R&D, manufacturing and retail capabilities to expand into new sports.
