Cyclone Arnab floods southern Odisha; three killed in landslide

Cyclone Arnab has triggered floods and landslides in Odisha's Ganjam, Gajapati and Kandhamal districts. A couple and their nine-month-old son died in a Kandhamal landslide. Over 23,000 people are in relief camps, 313 rescue teams are deployed, and Navy and Coast Guard helicopters are airdropping food. President Droupadi Murmu has cancelled her planned visit, and a central team arrives on November 2.
