Bengal minister Agnimitra Paul's poem on encounters draws criticism

West Bengal minister Agnimitra Paul posted a Bangla poem titled 'Encounter' after police killed two accused in separate encounters in Gaighata and Samserganj on Tuesday, the third such killing since the BJP took power in May. The poem called for firm action against crime. The opposition and human rights bodies have questioned the circumstances of the encounters.
