Steven Smith has neck joint injury, expected fit for New Zealand Tests

Scans show Steven Smith has injured a cervical facet joint in his neck, ruling him out of Australia's series decider against South Africa at Newlands. He is expected to be fit for the Test series against New Zealand starting December 9 in Perth. Josh Inglis replaced him and was unbeaten on 85 at stumps on day two.
