California family wins $8m after neighbour sued autistic son

A California family won $8 million after a neighbour sued over backyard noises from their autistic son and called him a public nuisance. Lawyers said the boy was never left unsupervised. The mother said the dispute forced them to leave their rental despite higher rent elsewhere.
