Dirk Kuyt named Fenerbahce interim coach ahead of Liverpool clash

Former Netherlands forward Dirk Kuyt, 46, has been named Fenerbahce's interim coach a week before they face his old club Liverpool in the Champions League on November 4. Kuyt, previously assistant to Ismail Kartal, steps up after Kartal resigned following Monday's 2-1 defeat to rivals Galatasaray. His first match in charge is against Goztepe on Saturday.
