BRICS Parliamentary Forum in Delhi backs UNSC reform, zero tolerance for terror

The 12th BRICS Parliamentary Forum ended in Delhi on Tuesday with a joint declaration supporting reform of the UN Security Council, zero tolerance for terrorism and a bigger voice for the Global South. Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla said lasting solutions come through dialogue, not war, and handed the forum's chair to China for 2027.
