L&T Q2 profit rises 33% to ₹5,202 crore

Larsen & Toubro posted a 33% year-on-year rise in consolidated profit after tax to ₹5,202 crore for the September quarter. Revenue grew 16% to ₹78,750 crore, with international business contributing 58%. Order inflows rose 28% to ₹1,47,665 crore, and the consolidated order book reached ₹8,53,514 crore, with overseas orders making up 54% of it.
