Collegium never free of political pressure, writes ex-SC judge Sanjay Kishan Kaul

Former Supreme Court judge Sanjay Kishan Kaul writes in his upcoming memoir, 'Without Fear or Favour', that it is a fantasy to imagine the collegium is isolated from political pressure. He links this to the government's resentment over the NJAC being struck down in October 2015. The book, published by Juggernaut Books, also criticises former CJI D.Y. Chandrachud's approach.
